Yoga is more fun with two! The act of being together with a loved one is always a special opportunity for connection.
In this workshop:
- Learn a sequence of poses that you can perform with your partner
- Connect with your significant other through breathing and eye gazing to grow feelings of connection
- Participate in a group loving Kindness meditation to open the heart
This workshop is open to people of all ability levels. No previous yoga experience necessary!
