4:00pm – 5:30pm Sunday 14th February

Yoga is more fun with two! The act of being together with a loved one is always a special opportunity for connection. 

In this workshop: 

  • Learn a sequence of poses that you can perform with your partner
  • Connect with your significant other through breathing and eye gazing to grow feelings of connection 
  • Participate in a group loving Kindness meditation to open the heart

This workshop is open to people of all ability levels. No previous yoga experience necessary! 

All forms of partnership and connection welcome – Friends, couples, families. Connection comes in many forms!
