Breathing properly can improve digestion, lead to weight loss, help with your sex life and provide better sleep.
There are no prerequisites, all that is required is that you turn up breathing. You can sit on a chair or on a mat, wear something comfortable. There will be heaps of rest, either on the floor or in your chair.

About yoga sessions and their teacher Katie Laurie
Our movement sessions together will thread together yoga postures, focus and breathwork to become meditation in motion. Designed to help students remember and reconnect to their innate radiance, our practice will begin by using the outer body in asana practice into commence a journey that ends in the inner realms of the heart.
Our Movement is Medicine flow will draw on traditional yoga poses and form a practice that will be accessible to everyone from complete novices to experienced yogis.
Our Slow Flow and Yin practice will release tension from the body in a series of seated and supine postures selected for their relaxing influence on the mind, body and spirit.
Both sequences will be accessible to all yogis beginner to advanced. Modifications for those in need of more gentle/supportive will be offered throughout as will variations on classical practice for those seeking more challenge on the mat.

About the sound healing session and its conduit Karen Betts
The universe is a world of frequencies and the language of the universe is song. This is the basic premise and foundation of sound healing.
Consisting of 99% pure quartz crystal, the bowls speak the frequency of every cell in the human body, which consists of a liquid crystalline structure. Hence the bowls speak to the frequency of our DNA.
The complete set of 8 comprise a musical scale ranging from low C to high C. Each bowl tuned to a specific frequency that correlates with our chakras, meridians, colours, spoken tones and scared geometries.
The singing chalice and copper pyramid amplify the frequencies facilitating access to source and higher dimensions. The chalice is specifically tune to the heart chakra, working with higher heart consciousness, higher heart healings and activations.
A sound healing session can rebalance energy, clear blockages, open energy centers and bring in healing frequencies from source.
Karen has always known she was a healer and after a life changing experience at Machu Pichu, she was drawn to the resonant, healing power of sound.
Karen is experienced in both group and personal healing sessions. She hold a diploma of sound healing from the International Sound Healing Academy in England.
