I love my job with headspace as the Community and Youth Engagement Officer. I work closely with community services and networks so that headspace is well-known as a centre that supports the young people in our region. I also walk alongside our Youth Engagement Committee, of around 23 young volunteers, to help spread the headspace message and break down stigma among our peers. headspace is for young people aged 12 to 25 years who need support with mental health and wellbeing.
