I am the studio owner and main teacher here at our charming little coastal studio. It is my greatest joy to be living my dream every day, teaching the practice I love to members of my community and visitors to the region. I’ve been practicing yoga for half my life and teaching the practice in studios for over 10 years. 

Each teacher has their own unique way of offering the teachings and physical practice of yoga. 

My yoga flow classes centre around creative Vinyasa imbued with musical inspiration, my Pilates classes focus on balance and fun while giving a whole body workout and my relaxing yoga and Yin classes have breath and energy cultivation at their heart.
