What class is right for me?

Is whole body conditioning Pilates right for me?

Yoga Flow right for me?

Do I love a yoga practice that flows through a variety of standing, seated, balancing and supine poses? 

Am I looking for a class at offers me lots of options, allowing me to extend my practice or to soften and enjoy a more gentle experience?

Am I able to bear weight safely in my shoulders, wrists and knees? 

Am I seeking a holistic practice that weaves together the wisdom of Chinese and Indian energy medicines such as Hatha Yoga and Qi Gong with functional fitness to strengthen and mobilise the whole body? 

Do I  enjoy experiences that intentionally access to power of music to create a deeper connection to my heart and spirit? 

Try our yoga flows, - Monday, Wednesday & Thursday,
6-7am.
Some experience of yoga and medium level fitness beneficial for this class.

Relaxing Yoga Flow

Am I looking for a way to relax and unwind tension from my body?

Do I enjoy a slow yoga flow that focuses on breathing and stretching? 

Do I want an experience that honours the gifts of softness and stillness for the mind, body and soul? 

Am I looking to ground my energy using the power and presence of the earth by staying close to the floor? 

Gentle open level yoga class for all levels. This class explore lots of stretches on the floor so is best suited to those who are comfortable sitting and lying down for an extended period
